The School of Earth and Environment at the University of Leeds has about 50 staff, researchers and students working on aspects of global atmospheric and climate modelling, including cloud and aerosol interaction and stratospheric chemistry.  The school has world leading expertise in quantifying potential climate change mechanisms through radiative forcing and using climate models to understand how climate responses differ across a range of forcing mechanisms.

IAGP team members based at the School of Earth and Environment at the University of Leeds are Professor of Physical Climate Change and IAGP Principal Investigator, Piers Forster; IAGP Project Administrator, Ms Ros McDonnell; Research Fellows, Dr Julia Crook and Dr Lawrence Jackson and Postgraduate Researchers Ms Annabel Jenkins, Ms Cat Scott and Miss Jayne Windeatt
